AVISO VACUNACIÓN COVID-19:


Si algún vecino residente en el pueblo se encuentra en los tramos de edad que ya han sido o están siendo vacunados y no ha recibido notificación para hacerlo, es necesario que lo notifiquen al teléfono 660 592 549 de lunes a viernes en horario de 8.00-15.00.


Si necesitan actualizar su información médica y facilitar un teléfono de contacto, también pueden pedir cita en el Centro de Salud. Para solicitarla pueden dirigirse a Salud Responde a través de cualquiera de los medios disponibles (Aplicación de Salud Responde, el enlace https://www.sspa.juntadeandalucia.es/servicioa.../clicsalud/ o en el teléfono 955 54 50 60).


INFORMACIÓN IMPORTANTE PARA TODOS LOS VECINOS DE OTROS PAÍSES QUE RESIDEN EN EL PUEBLO: 


Podrán vacunarse todos los ciudadanos de otros países que están trabajando ya sea por cuenta propia o ajena (puesto que están inscritos en la Seguridad Social) y aquellos que sean titulares de la tarjeta sanitaria andaluza.
Para obtenerla, deben presentar una serie de documentos en el centro de salud y, entre ellos, se encuentra el certificado de empadronamiento, que deberá tener una antelación mínima de tres meses a la fecha de la solicitud.


Si necesitan el certificado de empadronamiento, pueden hacernos llegar su solicitud a través de cualquiera de los medios disponibles del Ayuntamiento (Sede electrónica, email ayuntamiento@alfarnatejo.es, teléfono 952 75 92 86 o presencialmente).


En el caso de los pensionistas deberán aportar también el Modelo S1 (documento de la seguridad social en su país).

If any residents of the town are in the age brackets that have already been or are being vaccinated and have not received notification to do so, they need to notify us by calling 660 592 549 from Monday to Friday between 8.00-15.00.


If they need to update their medical information and provide a contact telephone number, they can also make an appointment at the Health Centre.  IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL RESIDENTS OF OTHER COUNTRIES LIVING IN THE TOWN: 


All citizens from other countries who are working either self-employed or employed (as they are registered with the Social Security) and those who are holders of the Andalusian health card can be vaccinated.
To obtain it, they must present a series of documents at the health centre, including the census registration certificate, which must be at least three months before the date of the application.

In the case of pensioners, they must also provide the S1 Form (document from the social security in their country).
