ACTIVADO el plan territorial de protección civil de ARAGON EN FASE DE EMERGENCIA, por CONDICIONES METEOROLÓGICAS ADVERSAS Y CRECIDAS DE LOS RIOS. Por otro lado nos informan desde la SUBDELEGACION deL gobierno EN HUESCA, que puede haber crecidas importantes en el RÍO ISUELA Y EL RÍO FLUMEN. Rogamos extremen las precauciones por este riesgo.
